    • How long will it take for my order to ship?

    • If you’ve ordered a monogrammed item, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. That means that if you placed an order on a Friday, it should ship by the following Friday. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays don’t count!).

      If you’ve ordered a non-monogrammed item, your order will ship within 2-3 business days.

      If you’ve ordered a styling collection or styling set, your order will ship within 3-5 business days.

      If you have selected PRIORITY SHIPPING, your order ships by the next business day.

      If you have selected FedEx overnight, your order ships same day if placed before noon, otherwise next day. It will arrive the following day.

      If you have selected DHL, your order will ship within our standard timeframes. Email our team if you require priority processing.

      **If you have placed your order during a launch, sale, or holiday, please note that processing times can increase. We will do our best to update our shipping page so that you get as accurate as information as possible. Feel free to email us if you have any questions regarding arrival times.

    • Once my order ships, how long will it take to arrive?

    • If you paid $3 for our standard domestic shipping, your order will be sent via USPS First Class, which typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on where you live.

      If you paid $25 for Priority sipping, it will take 1-3 business days, depending on where you live.

      If you paid $75 for FedEx overnight, it will arrive the day after it ships.

      If you paid for DHL, your order will take 3 days to arrive, anywhere in the world.

      If you selected standard USPS International, your order will take anywhere from 7-21 business days to arrive, depending upon your country.

    • How can I get my order faster?

    • Upgrade your shipping to Priority Shipping or FedEx overnight. Both of these options include a small surcharge to put you in front of the line and get your order processed more quickly! If you are international, upgrade to DHL, which will absolutely ensure that after it ships within our timeframe, your order arrives within 3 business days, to anywhere in the world.

    • Tracking says my order has been delivered but it has not! What can I do?

    • Sometimes, USPS can make a mistake on tracking. If your order has not arrived, feel free to email us so we can open a USPS investigation. We normally hear back within 24-48 hours and typically the problem is resolved. The quickest way to track your item is to call your local USPS office to have them track the item for you. If neither of those efforts work, we are happy to reship your item/s and guarantee that you will receive what you’ve ordered.

    • Tracking hasn’t updated on my domestic shipment. Where is my order?

    • Sometimes USPS does not accurately track an item, and often times tracking will not update until the item has reached its destination city. If your tracking has still not updated after 72 hours, feel free to email us so we can resolve the issue.

    • What happens if my order does not arrive, or USPS loses my order?

    • Feel free to contact us so we can help resolve the issue. We will always ensure you receive your order, even if we have to reship.

    • How can I track my international shipment? It has been several days and shipping hasn’t updated.

    • Shipping via USPS International is our most affordable option. This is because the U.S. Postal system hands your item off to your country’s mail service and lets them get your item to you. Some countries offer tracking all the way to an item’s destination, while many others do not use USPS tracking. If your item has not updated since it left the U.S., that simply means your country does not offer tracking. If your item still has not been delivered within our 21 business day timeframe, then we are happy to reship, however we may ask for an alternate address or offer for you to upgrade shipping to our more reliable service, DHL.

    • I just placed my order, but did not receive a confirmation email. Why didn’t you send me one?

    • Our system AUTOMATICALLY sends out an order confirmation once an order is placed. If you completed your order but did not receive a confirmation, it is very likely that our email either landed in your junk/clutter folder or was rejected by your server. If you can’t find our email in your junk, contact us with an alternate email address and we will resend your confirmation.

    • Someone bought my box as a gift and now I want to add a monogram. Can I do that?

    • Not a problem! You’ll just need to pay the fee to add the monogram. Email [email protected] for details.

    • Should I do my first initial or last initial?

    • Our customers choose both options and either works great. If your box is particularly for an engagement or wedding, it can often be fitting to use the new the bride’s last initial, if you know she is taking a new name.

    • My monogram needs repair. Can you fix it?

    • Of course! We offer free repairs on our monograms, so email us at [email protected] for a free label to ship it back for repair.

    • Can you do a custom monogram?

    • Yes, however a custom monogram requires a custom die following very detailed specifications in order to work with our monogram machine. Email our team for pricing and timing details at [email protected]

    • Do you accept returns?

    • Absolutely! We are happy to send a free return label for any non-monogrammed item so you can return or exchange your box. Just email our team. Monogrammed items are final sale however we do offer exchanges. See below for more info!

    • I changed my mind on the monogram font I want. Can I exchange it?

    • Absolutely! We will send you a free return label to send back your box however we ask that you pay our monogram fee of $25 if you would like to exchange for another monogrammed item.

    • I ordered a monogrammed item, but changed my mind on the color. Can I exchange it?

    • Absolutely! We will send you a free return label to send back your box however we ask that you pay our monogram fee of $25 if you would like to exchange for another monogrammed item.

    • If I’m not sure about what color to pick, what should I do?

    • irst, be sure to check out our look book, which may guide your choice. Colors and how people define them can be very nuanced, so we do our best to show them in a variety of lighting and colored contexts to give you an idea as to how your box might look. We do our best to exactly color match our main product photos so that they are as accurate as possible, so look at those for the most accurate representation. You might also consider ordering a non-monogrammed box and upgrading to add a monogram after the fact. That way you can ensure you’ve selected the perfect color!
