  • Orders & Shipping

  • If you selected FEDEX OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, your order will ship same day (if order was placed M-F before 12pm pst or next business day if placed after 12pm pst). It will arrive the business day after your order ships via FedEx overnight. 

    If you selected USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING OR DHL (international) your order will process and ship within 3-5 business days. Priority Shipping will arrive with 3-5 business days after shipping. DHL will arrive within 1-5 days after shipping. 

    If you selected STANDARD SHIPPING for a MONOGRAMMED item, processing time is 7-10 business days. Your order will ship after it is processed. You will receive your item in 3-5 business days (U.S.) or 5-21 business days (international) AFTER your item ships.

    If you selected STANDARD SHIPPING for a NON-MONOGRAMMED item, processing time is 3-5 business days. Your order will ship after it is processed. You will receive your item in 3-5 business days (U.S.) or 5-21 business days (international) AFTER it ships.

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Processing times for STANDARD SHIPPING increase in the case of high volume during launch dates, sales, holidays, etc... Shipping transit times may vary, depending upon your location.

  • If you paid $3 for our standard USPS shipping, your order will be sent via USPS First Class, which typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on where you live.

    If you paid $25 for Priority shipping, it will take 1-3 business days, depending on where you live. 

    If you paid $75 for FedEx overnight, it will arrive the day after it ships.

    If you paid for DHL, your order will take 3-5 business days to arrive, anywhere in the world.

    If you selected standard USPS International, your order will take anywhere from 7-21 business days to arrive, depending upon your country.

  • Upgrade your shipping to Priority Shipping or FedEx overnight for U.S. or DHL for international. All of these options include a small surcharge to put you in front of the line and get your order processed more quickly! 

  • Sometimes USPS does not accurately track an item, and often times tracking will not update until the item has reached its destination city. If your tracking has still not updated after 72 hours, feel free to email us so we can resolve the issue.

  • Sometimes, USPS can make a mistake on tracking. If your order has not arrived, feel free to email us so we can open a USPS investigation. We normally hear back within 24-48 hours and typically the problem is resolved. The quickest way to track your item is to call your local USPS office to have them track the item for you. If neither of those efforts work, we are happy to reship your item/s and guarantee that you will receive what you’ve ordered.

  • Feel free to contact us so we can help resolve the issue. We will always ensure you receive your order, even if we have to reship.

  • Shipping via USPS International is our most affordable option. This is because the U.S. Postal system hands your item off to your country’s mail service and allows them get your item to you. Some countries offer tracking all the way to an item’s destination, while many others do not use USPS tracking. If tracking says your item has left the U.S., but nothing has happened since then, that simply means your country does not offer tracking. If your item has not been delivered within our 21 business day timeframe, then we are happy to reship, however we may ask for an alternate address or offer for you to upgrade shipping to our more reliable service, DHL.

  • Our system AUTOMATICALLY sends out an order confirmation once an order is placed. If you completed your order but did not receive a confirmation, it is very likely that our email either landed in your junk/clutter folder or was rejected by your server. If you can’t find our email in your junk, contact us with an alternate email address and we will resend your confirmation.

  • Foil Monograms

  • Not a problem! You’ll just need to pay the fee to add the monogram. Email info@themrsbox.com for details.

  • Our customers choose both options and either works great. If your box is particularly for an engagement or wedding, it can often be fitting to use the bride’s new last initial if you know she is taking a new name.

  • Of course! We offer free repairs on our monograms, so email us at info@themrsbox.com for a free return label (U.S. customers only) to ship it back for repair.

  • Yes, however a custom monogram requires a creating a metal die following very detailed specifications in order to work with our monogram machine. Email our team for pricing and timing details at info@themrsbox.com.

  • Returns & Exchanges

  • Absolutely! We are happy to send a free return label for any non-monogrammed item so you can return or exchange your box. Just email our team at info@themrsbox.com. Monogrammed items are final sale however we do offer exchanges. See below for more info!

  • Absolutely! We will send you a free return label to send back your box however we ask that you pay our monogram fee of $20 if you would like to exchange for another monogrammed item.

  • First, be sure to check out our comparison tool and lookbook, which may guide your choice. Colors and how people define them can be very nuanced, so we do our best to show them in a variety of lighting and colored contexts to give you an idea as to how your box might look. We do our best to exactly color match our main product photos so that they are as accurate as possible, so look at those for the most accurate representation. You might also consider ordering a non-monogrammed box and upgrading to add a monogram after the fact. That way you can ensure you’ve selected the perfect color!
