For your convenience, we have detailed how long it takes to process/create your item. We have also offered multiple options for shipping, each with unique transit times and costs. 

Please note that we can NOT guarantee shipping times, as we do not, own or control USPS or FedEx. 

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. 


Returns are always free!!!

We understand the nature of online purchases and are happy to accept returns and refund your purchase within 45 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Due to their custom nature, monogrammed and engraved items are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

If you’d like us to send you a free return label, we’re happy to do so! Just email Simply print your emailed return label, fill out the returns postcard, and drop your package in your mailbox or any local USPS box. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. International orders are ineligible for return labels. Once we receive your item, returns are typically processed in 1-3 days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
